This is one of the best shipping… This is one of the best shipping companies I have ever worked with, not only were they patient, caring and kind enough to hold my items when I had a crisis but they packed everything with extra care, and did so promptly and smoothly. Highly recommended!!!!. The head manager especially is very helpful, caring, flexible, and friendly and definitely someone you want to reach out to. This also applies to the team and people you communicate with there as well via chat/email. Highly recommended to use this service especially if you are overseas, the rates and services are great for that and in general for everyone and the fees are balanced and flexible depending on what you need. By far a place to go compared to a lot of sites with hidden fees, bad packaging management, ghosting/poor communication, overpriced memberships or very short storage limits.

COMPLETE SCAM!! COMPLETE SCAM!!! During the whole deceitful process I was exposed to lies and more lies. Initially I was wrongfully told that my parcel had been shipped when only the label had been created online. This oddly kept going for a couple of weeks at least with me chasing them constantly and finally threatening them. I verified this with the external shipping company directly who confirmed that no parcel had been handed over. They had even updated my portal to shipped knowing that my parcel hadn’t been dispatched. Then they charged me for expedited shipment when they had only processed a standard shipping which I also checked with the shipping company. They’ve promised me a refund since December 2022 and nothing has been reimbursed. I’ve filed complaints to expose their practices.

I don't understand why people… I don't understand why people immediately scream "scam."Chill guys😂 Of course, everyone's money is valuable, but based on my own experience, I always received prompt responses to any issues I encountered. Initially, I had my doubts about what kind of company it was, but as I continued to use it, and even if I faced problems, the quick resolution of those issues increased my trust. I will continue shopping with this company!
