Poor Customer Service I ordered a bottle of prosecco for my sister who was in Spain. I was then told the bottle wasn't available and would an alternative be acceptable..I accepted and then the next day discovered my sister was having to return suddenly to the UK so would not be able to receive it. Four days before the delivery date I emailed the company explaining the circumstances. I was told they would look at what refund if any could be provided. Two days after the delivery date I emailed again as I had no update. I was then told they wouldn't be providing any refund but I could get a code for a derisory discount for my next order.........I regularly send gifts abroad and thought I would use drinkable gifts as it has good reviews but personally I would never use this company again..

Excellent Excellent, but very expensive! We wanted to send our son who lives in Switzerland a bottle of champagne to celebrate his paying off his student loan and this system was very easy to use and delivery flawless. By sourcing the gift within the target country all sorts of customs and import regs are avoided. Recommended!
