Superb Support teams I am skeptical in the beginning by their website names. Crossed my fingers and proceed with a customised order for my special someone 14,000km away from me. I am truly impressed by both GiftBasketOverseas and Drinkablegifts customer support teams being patience and prompt to my endless queries and worries. Delivery was a little off schedule but it’s due to my own fault nevertheless the team kept assisting me with their best efforts and my recipient received the gift just in time on his birthday. Good overall experience with 2 … Good overall experience with 2 deliveries, my brother from Paris sent me the pictures and my girlfriend in Thailand unpacked the gift when we were on Skype. The timing of arrival could not be more perfect. The only suggestion to improve the website selection to offer more beer gifts for those who don't like to purchase hard liquor.

Poor Customer Service I ordered a bottle of prosecco for my sister who was in Spain. I was then told the bottle wasn't available and would an alternative be acceptable..I accepted and then the next day discovered my sister was having to return suddenly to the UK so would not be able to receive it. Four days before the delivery date I emailed the company explaining the circumstances. I was told they would look at what refund if any could be provided. Two days after the delivery date I emailed again as I had no update. I was then told they wouldn't be providing any refund but I could get a code for a derisory discount for my next order.........I regularly send gifts abroad and thought I would use drinkable gifts as it has good reviews but personally I would never use this company again..
