Superior Customer Experience After panicking about finding storage on short notice, Harrisburg Self Storage came recommended and was fast, friendly, very professional and ensured all aspects were covered and discussed thoroughly. I was able to communicate with them via email when I was tied up in meetings all day and they assured me we wouldn't miss a beat with any delay. Moving is always added stress and every positive interaction can help the process! This was one to call out!

Beyond my expections After a very long day, I encountered the most professional polite ladies. Both went out of their way to make my experience simple and easy. I needed a larger storage area. Thank you now I now what 5 x 10 really means, totally my error. We are not always right, we are just customers. I would recommend this storage area to anyone. Safe, clean, and professionally staffed. Awesome storage facility We are moving and have had to use this facility for several units. They are top notch. Friendly, convenient, and clean. I would recommend them highly.

DO NOT TRUST!!! The worst place as they lie to patrons. If I could give zero stars, that would have been my selection. DO NOT TRUST!!! When a problem occurs they do not return calls as promised, Their website "bestharris...." is very misleading. They are NOT the best!

AMAZING!!! Words cannot express my gratitude towards Greta and Carrie. They have made this moving experience so much smoother. Both gave me such great tips on how/what/when to pack my house and then the unit. I never once felt sold to and feel like they helped me find exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know what that was. The location is well lit, units are clean and easy to access. Exceeded my expectations.
