Best self storage facility in the Harrisburg area. Outstanding service by office staff (Carrie and Rachel). They are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The facility is secure and very clean and has good access.

Superior Customer Experience After panicking about finding storage on short notice, Harrisburg Self Storage came recommended and was fast, friendly, very professional and ensured all aspects were covered and discussed thoroughly. I was able to communicate with them via email when I was tied up in meetings all day and they assured me we wouldn't miss a beat with any delay. Poor customer service, rate increase after four months! Be weary of 5 star reviews - when you move in they give you a flyer that says if you leave a 5 star (specifically says 5 star) you get a 10% discount. After only four months there they tried to increase the rent over 7%. Inflation has not risen 4% in four months - no way. When I called the lady was rude and argumentative and said thats what they do ever year and that was that. I took my business elsewhere - to a place that doesnt pay for reviews and that wont increase my rent until after a year.
