Beyond my expections After a very long day, I encountered the most professional polite ladies. Both went out of their way to make my experience simple and easy. I needed a larger storage area. Hands down the cleanest storage facility ever!!! My husband and I are in the process of moving to Harrisburg, NC and needed a storage unit ASAP. I spoke with Carrie Fetter and was given the best customer service. I rented a storage space right then. I didn't need to shop around because I found the perfect fit for my needs. Carrie is caring, personable and efficient. She is a people person. We currently live in the Washington DC metro area and are not use to such good customer service. When I went to see the unit, I was even more impressed. It was the cleanest facility. It was like walking into a hospital. This place is immaculate! I would highly recommend.

Best self storage facility in the Harrisburg area. Outstanding service by office staff (Carrie and Rachel). They are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The facility is secure and very clean and has good access.
