GBIf I could give negative stars I would Placed the order on June 15 never received never heard anything. So I called at the end of June and they said my items were on backorder. By Mid July I still had not heard from or seen my items so I called back. Items were still on backorder and no one had ever called or emailed me to let me know anything. Very dissatisfied!

GBI had placed an order on the 20th of… I had placed an order on the 20th of this month, it is now the 29th and I have no tracking number yet and my product still has not shown up.

GBHASSLE RETURNS I've been requesting to return my order for more than a month. I got no response... You do not stand for "NO-HASSLE RETURNS" and practice to ignore emails from customer who want to return item, website promise many good customer services but word.
