This is the best place for customer service in storage matters. I have had a unit at this facility for almost 13 years. It has improved greatly over the past years and is ideal today for anyone who needs a storage facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for storage and work area.

A "store" you can trust Been using them for years. No problems or complaints. The office staff is very friendly and personable. The office and outside areas are kept neat and clean, never see trash or debris accumulated at any time.

As a customer of almost 20 years As a customer of almost 20 years, the managers have come and gone. The current managers are not very happy where they are, based on their poor attitude. (Edgewater Drive) If you call Personal Mini Storage, you have to leave a message, unless you are calling Billing. But nobody calls back. So maybe this is where the bad attitudes are hidden from the public. It seems like they are prepping the facilities for a sale soon. Is this the future of handling customers?
