GBI chose the redwood individual bottle… I chose the redwood individual bottle racks and love it. Once you carefully review the assembly instructions, it's easy to put it together [with a brad gun]. I did not choose the lacquer finish but ended up doing it myself later - wish I had ordered it finished. One section had missing parts but a phone call had them expressed to me the next day.

GBI recently received two wooden wine… I recently received two wooden wine racks. The installation instructions were among the worst I have ever seen. It took two of us two hours just to get the first one assembled. Once done, we realized that some of the key parts were different lengths so I can't stand it up. I can only lay it on its' side. I am returning the second unit as it is not worth the money.

GBThey were very helpful when I placed my… They were very helpful when I placed my order but when I called back 10 minutes later to cancel because I needed to check my dimensions and reorder later, they would not give me a credit nor send me an acknowledgement that I even called back. I had to dispute with my credit card company...

GBExtremely disappointing. I ordered a wine rack back in November of 2021. I was told it wouldn't ship until January 20th, which I understand because of COVID and supply chain issues. A few days after I placed my order I received another email saying they only had 7 of the 10 units I had ordered. So I decided to just get the 7 they had. after hearing nothing, I reached out to them on January 21 to see where my order was. They said it had shipped and been delivered. I never received an email confirming a shipping date or time. I also never received the order ( I have video camera's on my house). They had no idea what happened to my shipment, said they'd send out another shipment and then a few days after that said they didn't have that item. So after waiting for 2 and a half months I got nothing. I was also never approached with options or alternatives. I simply got a refund so I can spend my money elsewhere. Such a disappointment!!
