Extremely disappointing. I ordered a wine rack back in November of 2021. I was told it wouldn't ship until January 20th, which I understand because of COVID and supply chain issues. A few days after I placed my order I received another email saying they only had 7 of the 10 units I had ordered. So I decided to just get the 7 they had. after hearing nothing, I reached out to them on January 21 to see where my order was. They said it had shipped and been delivered. I never received an email confirming a shipping date or time. I also never received the order ( I have video camera's on my house). They had no idea what happened to my shipment, said they'd send out another shipment and then a few days after that said they didn't have that item. So after waiting for 2 and a half months I got nothing. I was also never approached with options or alternatives. I simply got a refund so I can spend my money elsewhere. Such a disappointment!!

TERRIBLE customer service with no clue… TERRIBLE customer service with no clue on how to predict a date or follow through with the promised time line. I have a party that is being RUINED by broken promises from this company and shotty workmanship. I wish we had gone with a different company that was actually cheaper! SO SO SO disappointed. If you work with this company expect every predicted time line, even for the designing of your work, to take AT LEAST an extra 10 days, and don't expect them to return your calls like they say they will... My husband and I have done more of the work with the TWO pieces of 8 we planned to purchase than I think the company has for any of it!

Wire Rack ReviewI recently installed a wire rack system… I recently installed a wire rack system from WCI. It was easy to install and looks great. WCI support was there to answer my questions and, in my case, send some additional hardware to accommodate my particular installation. The instructions are very poor The instructions are very poor. When the first two steps state pre- drilling and nail gun recommended it should be a sign. Lucky my husband has the tools and used wood glue, but I would still recommend placing where you don't have to worry about someone bumping into it.
