DO NOT USE AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR… DO NOT USE AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PARCELS AND WONT EVEN ANSWER TO YOUR EMAIL. This is a very bad company who don't care about anything but to take your money. After 2 months of fighting to get an answer from them because they destroyed and stolen a lot of items from my parcels, they did not even apologise not to mention to offer a compensation. Typical Romanian horrible company.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs . The company is soo bad I had to take 2 days of work and twice they didn’t turn up so I’d lost £500 just by that ! Very untrustworthy, packages arrives open and items missing from inside . This is second time I’m using them and thy don’t care about punctuality! The collection guys looking very suspicious without high visibility vests etc etc !

Couldn't make a bigger mistake, 12/13 single carton boxes, few with extra protection and stretch film wrapped got to destination absolutely battered! Other few bags of clothes in vacuumed plastic bags have arrived torn as if they went through a war zone! DO NOT BE FOOLED by the cost aspect of the expedition, whatever small or big! They will bring your glass chipped and your fragiles absolutely battered and upside down! Eastlines only after your money given you have a large pick up, they will only tell you rough guidelines of T&Cs! Romanian end of the courier have no idea of what they're on about with lost items, already been delivered with local branch but deemed lost with main hub! AMATEURS! DO NOT USE AS INTERNATIONAL MOVERS! MASSIVE MISTAKE!

Stay away of Eastline, it's a fake company! Each and every person who intend to use this "company" should be aware: Very bad, not reliable, are trying to cheat you in many ways - typical for some Romanians that are a shame and a stain, among others that are trying to integrate in the UK. Before thinking to use their "services" try to google a bit about company history...it's a one employee company - the so called manager - LAURENTIU DUMITRU DICU. I really don't know why is still free this guy, why UK authorities did not react yet.
