Absolutely professional Absolutely professional. I must've talked to 5 or 6 "brokers" before I found Debra at New Way Moving Services. Their quote was a bit higher than most others but their reviews were good, and even excellent. She spent time on the phone with me, took all my calls and even called me with updates. On the first day of my pickup window she confirmed the carrier and the next day pickup. Then it got even better. Clean Transportation, LLC and its owner/driver, picked up my antique car in SoCal at the exact time she promised and delivered it to the central coast of OR at the exact time she promised. Wow. I recommend Debra at New Way Moving Services without reservation. Pay a bit more and get your car moved without a worry. They exceeded my expectations.

The car was picked up on time and delivered a full day early! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in future for such good work.

Don't trust them Don't trust them, They change their quotation every time, I received 3 different quotations every time they increase the price. If you wanna contact the customer service Don't dare that!!! they have the best worst customer service, Even the manager doesn't know when they ship your vehicle, whos gonna pick your vehicle. they are consultants only. They shout on customers and forced to sign agreements multiple times, If you don't have time to read Terms, that's it your money gone. Good luck:)

They are an absolute scam They are an absolute scam! Read the reviews and run! They request cash or check or cash app and make you sign a contratct to be reliable for deposit of $200. Then they falslely say they assigned you a driver so the deposit kicks in and then never pick up your car untill you give up and go with others. They pick the deposit and earn their money thos way. It's a contractual legit place of scam business that needs to be investigated and sbut down. By the way horrible customer service, rude people, and non responsive. Run and do not look back! You'll thank me later.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE Broker never confirm price with me. She has no contract or paperwork done with us for $600 that we've been paid. She took $200 from my CC. We've been arguing with drivers about their pay. It's doesn't right. To solve the conflict she offered to take away the vehicle and ask from us twice more on the next day Driver and dispatcher very nice people and they refused to do this. In the end of the end we've paid $400 COD to driver. So they scam us for $200 cause in contract we have $400 total DO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE
