GBNone Payment My name is Angelia Nickerson me and my husband own a small trucking company, and we accepted an Order from this New Way Moving via Central Dispatch. Upon delivery of the vehicle there was an issue, they sent it over has COD, The amount of customers payment was wrong, when contacting the office me and customer talk to the rudest person, not trying to assist in any way what's so ever tried explaining the issue, "She stated she is home with her kid's what we want her to do about it" she stated how irrating these calls are etc. I finally spoke with a Ms. Rachel who assured me it was an error and that she would make sure we are paid on Monday. Smooth everything out with their customer, and today is Wednesday my number has been blocked, after another person told me Monday they would send payment after, lunch. Tuesday a Manger is working on our payment. This morning trying to follow up and my number is blocked. This is not the way to do business.

GBDon't trust them Don't trust them, They change their quotation every time, I received 3 different quotations every time they increase the price. If you wanna contact the customer service Don't dare that!!! they have the best worst customer service, Even the manager doesn't know when they ship your vehicle, whos gonna pick your vehicle. they are consultants only. They shout on customers and forced to sign agreements multiple times, If you don't have time to read Terms, that's it your money gone. Good luck:)

GBThis is the first time I have used new… This is the first time I have used new way moving services, and they have come through with flying colors. The overall experience was pleasant. Had them picking up a vehicle in NC on the Monday after a Hurricane was still dumping water over the state, and in less than 24 hours, the vehicle was in Florida at my doorstep. Great job. Definitely recommend.

UADO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE Broker never confirm price with me. She has no contract or paperwork done with us for $600 that we've been paid. She took $200 from my CC. We've been arguing with drivers about their pay. It's doesn't right. To solve the conflict she offered to take away the vehicle and ask from us twice more on the next day Driver and dispatcher very nice people and they refused to do this. In the end of the end we've paid $400 COD to driver. So they scam us for $200 cause in contract we have $400 total DO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE
