Frustruating neverending spam phone calls Echoing multiple people on here already regarding frequent spam calls. Have told them to remove us from their call list multiple times and it gets ignored. Since it seems their company runs in some sort of franchise mode, I doubt it will ever get resolved since there's probably no communication between the franchisees regarding a do not call list. Will just have to leave 1 star reviews every for every call just like the other review.

I cannot wait to replace this company Update: No, I dont want to discuss this further. You had your chance but your lack of quality customer service blew it. I cannot wait to replace this company! They admittedly changed their billing technique and I haven't gotten a bill since. Now I'm in COLLECTIONS over bills I could pay 10 times over. The replies I have gotten from agents is useless and condescending. RUN do not walk AWAY from this crappy company.

I am not one to write reviews I am not one to write reviews, but after reading all of these bad ones I had to add my two cents because I strongly disagree. I have been shipping with Unishippers for our UPS Ground shipments for just about a year now. The reviews made me really hesitant, but my rep from the Creative Control franchise in Boston, assured me she would reimburse me if I did not like what I saw. She is attentive, they have a PHENOMENAL customer service team & I have never seen an "added fee" like people are saying. My rates are the same now as they were 9 months ago. I seriously could not recommend this service any more. I am very satisfied.

These guys billed me almost $1000 for… These guys billed me almost $1000 for no reason and are no longer communicating with me and have not returned my money.

Not “user-friendly” for a busy store They weren’t user friendly at all. I own a retail store so I am constantly having product shipped to me (which adds up to a lot of small invoices). So rather than pay dozens of little invoices I prefer to pay many at once and even prepay knowing I have many shipments coming. So I tried to write a $500 check to pay a few small invoices and prepay several that I know were coming - they sent me back at check for over $260 and said they wouldn’t allow me to do that. Then within a couple weeks I started getting emails saying “overdue invoices” and even got an email from their Collections Department. Definitely not a system that works for our busy store and thus not user friendly at all.
