Worst delivery company ever Do not send anything here, this company lost my document and they did not move a straw to solve my problem.

I sent a document to be delivered to a… I sent a document to be delivered to a address in India. The package was received by orangeDS on July31st and still the package was not delivered to the address. Sent several emails asking for the status of my package as off now there were no response from this courier and there is no customer service number. I raised a complaint with Federal Trade Commission on this companies irresponsive behavior. Please don't use this company for any of your businesses. One of a very bad company I ever say in US.

just a big lost I wait a package and still nowhere ... the same time I replied you with email(twice)and you still not replied!!that's the immediate handling? you lost my parcel and never helped to find it!! 3 MONTHS AND NO REPLY!!!

So Far So Good! Just launched my e-commerce store and these guys were super helpful and got me off to great start its been two months now and so far so good

Avoid this company Avoid this company. Japan Crate uses them. This shipping company is just as inept as Japan Crate and their sister companies. Absolutely horrible / non existent customer service that if you do get a human and not some zen desk macro, they will lie to you in circles even when you show them clear information they are incorrect.
