Only after you will put your order, pay for it, only after this you will find out that your item is on backorder and it is ALWAYS "(Expected in Stock: NOT AVAILABLE"). And if you will not pickup your order when THEY tell you to pick it up (may be you are enjoining a beach at this time) they will charge you 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Damaged product and no response from support weeks later I placed an order for boxes and every bundle was damaged. They were still mostly usable but they looked absolutely awful. I took photos and reached out to their support for some type of explanation and they haven't gotten back to me in 2 weeks. I followed up, but nothing so far. As a subscription box business owner, I'm disappointed that I had no choice but to ship my packages in these terrible looking boxes, but I'm even more disappointed in the lack of response/apology/explanation. Needless to say, I won't be reordering, and their customer service is embarrassing. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else.

Cheap price for cheap boxes... The price of these boxes were excellent and were the deciding factor towards the final purchase. They arrived within a week. Initially I had an issue with some being on back order, so I called customer service and she helped me out. Why two stars? The boxes were cheap and affordable, they arrived quickly and in great condition: but the boxes are...useless. practically paper thin. Other cardboard boxes I have have a edge crush test score of 44 lb. (This isn't something I considered when making the purchase). The boxes I ordered have a ECT score of 32 lb. Lightly pressing on a corner with your palm would crush the corner. These boxes are so thin it's insane. This was a $650 order. I have no clue what I'm going to do now.

Shortly after I placed the order, I received a message indicating that the product was out of stock with no projected restock date. I called the company and spoke with a young woman who said that she checked stock at other warehouses and the product was not available. I requested that she cancel the order and she said she did that. I then ordered the product from another vendor, since I needed it quickly. I was surprise to get a message the following day from Packaging Price that my order had been filled and shipped. I call the company, and the person I spoke with indicated that they had no record of the order being canceled. I could return the product at my own expense for the shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. I forwarded the company the message I received stating the product was out of stock with no projected availability date, along with the very specific time I called the company, was completely ignored. Due to the very poor customer service and obviously inaccurate systems of this company, I have two cartons of mailing tubes I have no use for, and I've wasted a considerable amount of money. The tubes arrived today with the two boxes tied together so tightly with plastic wrap that the tubes on the sides of both boxes have been crushed and are unusable. I certainly won't be ordering from this company again, given the poor experience throughout this transaction. Packing materials are all pretty much the same; it's the customer experience that sets companies apart. And this company evidently isn't interested in that experience.

these people are a scam beware they i… these people are a scam beware they i placed two orders for a shipping price of 19.99 on my third order they tried to charge me 79.99. i contacted them and she says they are giving me the lowest best rate to ensure my package arrives. my total for my order was 103 and shipping cost was going to be another 79.99 almost the same price of my order. get the word around do not let these guys scam people share the info on social media for shipping price gouging. im not stopping here i will make sure everyone know about your scam. im sure you will try and make up some lie just to make yourself look better but people will see you guys are scammers.
