Terrible I've never experienced an online shop this awful - like the person above said, how do they stay in business?? I had to give my private mobile number to be able to place the order and they didn't even send an order confirmation. They promise 3-7 days shipping but after 8 days I'm still waiting for it to be sent and being given the run around. I will NEVER use this site again.

They show up They show up, but their estimated time of delivery is at least twice of what they tell you

Actually they deserve ZERO stars Actually they deserve ZERO stars. I ordered two packs of cigarettes. They sent the wrong brand twice and now they refuse to give me my refund. They said that I made the order that was delivered I even sent a snap shot of their text that the merchant was out of my brand and asked if I wanted it replaced. Replied regarding the replacement and still they sent the wrong one. Never going to order from them again.

They ask for the delivery address right up front (Boca Raton , FL - not a remote area in the backwoods) - this is required to allow them to determine if they provide the service in the area of interest. So, I add an address, they confirm & present me with my options. I order a gift and set delivery. They CHARGE my credit card, reach out to the recipient, and schedule delivery. Then, AFTER the delivery was supposed to occur, they reach out to me, via text, and tell me the location is outside their delivery area. WHAT? THEY verified the delivery area (Boca Raton , FL)!! AND do you think they reached out to the recipient to let him know the delivery would not occur? NOPE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Make me look like a schmuck when I was trying to do something nice. This company should be avoided.

Frustrating cigerette delivery Had use their service numerous times so decided use 10$ off coupon they locked my account spent two hrs trying send them identity verification only to be told my ID says underage I'm 42 tried again after account unlocked onky to have my coupon code switched to discount on another site placed an order at full price and canceled due to they wouldn't honor my coupon wich made total 14.95 at checkout then I was banned from site don't have coupons u don't wanna honor,this was after I sent my ID and last 4 my debit card to their support line they did anything they could to not honor my valid coupon cheap dirtbags and cuferettes are way over pricedpriced I was so mad punch whole in my tv
