About fetchpackage.com

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

it’s not a service when it makes getting your packages worse avoid. Package was scheduled to be delivered today, so we waited in. Agent claims to have attempted delivery but clearly is not being truthful as we were in all day. I contacted customer service (through online chat and have screen shots) and was told they would add it to the last delivery slot. Didn’t come again having now waited in all day and all evening. I don’t see the point in this “service” my advice is stick to an apartment building where Amazon delivers directly. This so called service is a dreadful.

Poor service, no control to resolve I wish there was a way to rate with a zero/negative star experience. Again, my larger package that I 'MUST BE HOME FOR' was not delivered in the time slot selected even though the Fetch app states that is out for delivery since yesterday afternoon. Of course you can't get a human to assist, and I expect several days of either no response or passing the buck response. I wish my apartment complex had read reviews like this before they selected this company in place of letting Amazon deliver to our doors.

I live in Mesa AZ I live in Mesa AZ. after moving in we were notified by the leasing office that they were forcing all tenants to pay for fetch. We don’t have to use it but we have to pay for it. For anyone thinking about moving into an apartment community PLEASE be aware of all the charges added in after your base rent. When I first moved in the extras were about $80 now they are over $200. These services like fetch are scams and the apartments that use them are getting kick backs.

My hope is that Fetch is a class action… My hope is that Fetch is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. When I lived in Austin in an apartment, I was forced and charged to use Fetch for package delivery. As a result, countless packages were stolen. To avoid this, one must grab a package left at the door in less than 30 seconds -- no exaggeration. My biggest loss was a laptop that was purchased for donation to a nonprofit. While I attempted to rescue this from theft, Fetch was not taking phone calls at that time -- reason = too busy. May karma catch up with this company and all that force its services and may that happen sooner than later.

Poor Service My apartment complex, Denim Scottsdale, decided to use this service instead of the parcel locker room we have. Since using it, 2 packages have been lost. one was delivered to the wrong apartment, and they don't seem to be anything about it. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE
