Paid for two lights but only one was… I originally ordered two lights but unfortunately only one was shipped. After alerting Commercial LED to the problem they promptly corrected the error and sent out the second light. In addition they totally refunded the cost of one of the lights and apologized for the error. While it did put me slightly behind schedule it was a minor inconvenience and they were very helpful getting it resolved. Lights are now in and work great. Will be shopping again in the future. The best customer service around. The customer service experience was exceptional. From the phone conversations and advice on what product to buy and the follow-up after the purchase on how to install. I had individual things I needed to get clarified that were part of my learning experience of the product. The staff proactively reached out to me, was willing to exchange photos so I could explain my questions, and walked me, step-by-step, through the installation process. Fabulous company to do business with! They are the true gold star of customer support.

Order a nice street light for our… Order a nice street light for our parking lot and it works great. It was easy to install and test as well. Inside are actual connector screw down no electrical twist locks needed. I will update this with a photo at a later time. great service and the owner will reach out to help if you need it.

I had a question about which bulbs to use so I reached out and someone in support was able to match my current lights with the correct new replacement LED lights. They also had a wide range of wattage and colors, which I appreciated. The pricing is unmatched, shipping was fast and everything arrived to me securely wrapped with zero damage.
