The best customer service around. The customer service experience was exceptional. From the phone conversations and advice on what product to buy and the follow-up after the purchase on how to install. I had individual things I needed to get clarified that were part of my learning experience of the product. The staff proactively reached out to me, was willing to exchange photos so I could explain my questions, and walked me, step-by-step, through the installation process. Fabulous company to do business with! They are the true gold star of customer support.

Exceptional Products and Experience These came by recommendation, so I decided to give them a shot. To say I was impressed with the quality and customer service, would be an understatement. First the product, solid, outstanding lights, much better than a CFL or old school light and definitely better than the led you can get at the store. They are exceptional and I can not recommend enough. Second the service, super fast shipping, plus, I was having issues making the payment (because I missed something, how embarrassing) I reached out to customer service and they were so kind and patient, they didn’t make me feel stupid for making a stupid oversight and got the order processed in minutes. This is definitely a great company to deal with! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! 10/10!!!!

Above and beyond First, they offered to do a lighting analysis free of obligation while I was just browsing their website. The did several iterations for me and the results were very helpful in deciding the type and quantity of lights for a remodel. After ordering lights, I realized that I might not be home when they were going to be delivered so one of the folks managed to get the shipping address changed even though it was shipping from some place other than their warehouse. All in all, I'd say these people go above and beyond to provide customer service. Plus their prices are quite competitive.
