My new favorite training tool My new favorite training tool. Have used it for the last 4 weeks, consistently, 6 days a week, to supplement my grappling and strength training. My grip strength and endurance have improved during my wrestling and BJJ training sessions. The bands are well-made and sturdy. I have snapped other bands… doubt that will happen here.

Welcome to the resistance Ordered the black heavyweight band and that’s exactly what I received. This band is no joke, huge resistance. Use it for BJJ/Grappling and Muay Thai resistance training and can really feel it. Love it so much I’m ordering the next size down so I can incorporate speed workouts too.

The best bad for workout yet I’ve used all different types of rubber bands my entire martial arts career. Though never found a band that was reliable and so strong. Gives you a great workout that will get you breathing pretty quick.
