GBThe initial lab draw order had… The initial lab draw order had complications as there was missing information on the doctors order. But customer service was quick to reply and it was resolved without me having to come back to the lab to get my blood drawn. I always get a response from them within a day or two at most.

I love that you can express your thoughts or ask questions in the community chat and get support from the other people who have joined as well! You’re also given all the information and resources to help you on your weight loss journey and it’s very easy to get in contact with your Dr!
