GBThe initial lab draw order had… The initial lab draw order had complications as there was missing information on the doctors order. But customer service was quick to reply and it was resolved without me having to come back to the lab to get my blood drawn. I always get a response from them within a day or two at most.

GBGreat Customer Service Zappy made the process of switching to compounded medication an easy transition. The response time from my initial request to first appointment was less than 24 hours. I received my first shipment in within 5 days of the call. So far I am greatly impressed with the support and response from everyone I've interacted with from Zappy!

GBWeight loss amazing Zappy medical and the drs and Stephanie and the dr assistants and the PAs that I have worked with the last 8 months have been amazing and I would of never been able to do this weight loss journey with out them and they have been remarkable in all the ways possible I talk to them every month and I would highly recommend them and I have to my friends and family!! I started august of 2023 and am still going to try to reach my goal but slow and steady wins the race ..
