This company has and overcomes challenges via shipping, communication and volume of demand on day to day basis. I didn't have a perfect experience with them, but I understand why challenges came up and I have to acknowledge and commend them for not quitting or giving up on assisting me, recognizing where problems arose and working with me to correct, and showing a compassionate side and real interest in helping me. Process is easy to do. Instructions clear and conscise and lots of availability to ask questions along the way. Pricing is fair and from what I've seen higher than many in the market. Team is informed, and quick to respond.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam, haven't responded back to me in over a week when they mentioned I would get my payment. Have been constantly dragging their feet with no updates and now won't return my calls. I’m updating this to a 3 star just because I have finally received my payment. Overall the process was very tedious and required me to constantly reach out for updates with no response most of the time.

GBCommunication Difficulties Rec'd an email that they adjusted their offer and I responded by accepting their offer. Have not hear from them after numerous emails back to them. Called and issue was resolved in a very timely manner.

GBDoes not pay out, nor respond. Its never a good look to promise same day payment and now its been over a week since I had received an email confirmation of your acceptance of the condition and to the offer for the phone. Yet you will not respond to continued non-payment. I've emailed and reached out via Twitter and still no response. I will be looking into further escalations to address this if payment is not made immediately. or return the phone. UPDATE: 1/29/24 - ClicknCell did pay out in full after an aggressive campaign using multiple methods to get their attention/response.
