Wheaton, IL 60189 I needed to have some flowers delivered to a recipient who lives out of state. For that reason, the person helping me said I would not know what the flower arrangement would look like ahead of time, because what would be delivered depends on what is available at the local out-of-state store. All I could get was a general description of the arrangement. What I asked for was green foliage and also some blooming flowers in a basket (preferably brown or white in color). The arrangement was delivered very early on the day I requested. Fortunately, the recipient liked the arrangement.
