I needed flowers for an out of town… I needed flowers for an out of town funeral. I wanted to use a local florist and not a 1-800 service. I called and spoke to an actual human. She was friendly and very helpful. The flowers were delivered on time and were very nice. They were exactly what I ordered. I'm happy to recommend Phillip's Flowers.

FTD Could have been better. The local florist did a disappointing job on my order. Phillips was very, very helpful in resolving the issue. Tom was very professional and offered several solutions. I guess local FTD florists are hard to monitor, but Phillips is a quality company!

Their design team creates extraordinary arrangements and their sympathy department customer service is phenomenal. Also used for a family wedding and the bride was extremely pleased.
