For that reason, the person helping me said I would not know what the flower arrangement would look like ahead of time, because what would be delivered depends on what is available at the local out-of-state store. All I could get was a general description of the arrangement. What I asked for was green foliage and also some blooming flowers in a basket (preferably brown or white in color). The arrangement was delivered very early on the day I requested. Fortunately, the recipient liked the arrangement.

Their design team creates extraordinary arrangements and their sympathy department customer service is phenomenal. Also used for a family wedding and the bride was extremely pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

FTD Could have been better. The local florist did a disappointing job on my order. Phillips was very, very helpful in resolving the issue. Tom was very professional and offered several solutions. I guess local FTD florists are hard to monitor, but Phillips is a quality company!
