GBBest overall fitness program for men over 40 - All of the information provided that tells not only what to do but why we are being encouraged to do it. - Daily emails for the first 30 days to get my new habits on track was extremely helpful. - Support from both staff (email) and other members (from the Facebook group) helped me keep going and answered questions I had quickly. - Encouragement beyond physical health for men to become better men relationally, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, etc. was helpful because each of these components affects the others. A physically healthy man who is relationally unhealthy is still an unhealthy man.

GBI am a active 65 year old man looking… I am a active 65 year old man looking to improve my energy and stamina. I looked into low T replacement and stumbled on to the Fit Father Project site. I liked what I read and decided to give it a try. I weighed 209 3 months ago and now I weigh 176 and I feel and look much better. If you want to improve your live follow the program and I think you will be surprised with the results.

GBI am just now starting week four of… I am just now starting week four of Apex 10. I am down 14 pounds of fat already. Increased my weight by 5 pounds per rep. I know that I’ve put on muscle already just don’t know how much don’t know what my BMI is but I know it’s better than it was. I love the structure of the workouts, not randomly working out anymore. I also love the informative information besides physical exercise. I love the health plan, information on vitamins and proteins, etc. I believe this company truly cares about our health not just selling some fly by night exercise and fake lose weight overnight pills. Do the work, or don’t get the results!

GBHelp! Restart needed!! I need some assistance. I signed up back in late-Oct after the promo with MFY. It wasn’t more that 10 days in I became ill with pneumonia. Next came unexpected complications from pneumonia. I sent out a request to the coaches e-mail asking how can I restart from Day 1? I haven’t seen a response yet, but maybe one got passed my junk mail searches etc. I’m not asking for any type of financial restart, I just want to get back on track with Day 1 e-mail and advice. I’m not cleared to be back in full workout mode until January 1st. Doing cardio and working on the nutritional pieces now. If I could get some type of response back that’s what I’m needing now.
