GBNo response anymore I had pleasant experiences with their products last year but had one trouble for which they promised credit for the next order. Now, they do not respond to any email or chat. I tried to contact them every day for 2 weeks. I am not sure if I will receive their products since I do not have any single response from them.

GBBetter luck getting Sashimi from Temu I don't know how this place is still allowed to operate. I ordered Uni since they were advertising their guarantee that I could get this order delivered by the time frame I needed. This was a big batch order for a party so I was happy to order from them since it would guarantee my order on time. Since I didn't receive any word or confirmation from them, I decided to e-mail them on the second business day for a tracking or an update on the shipment which I was given a phone number to text them for communication instead. This was rather sketchy, but I gave it a shot. They told me that they will send in a message to their partners in Japan where they sourced their sashimi. After I gave all the info they requested from my order, it was radio silence for the next week past my promised delivery date. I reached out multiple times that I lost count. The amount of responses? Two. Each response was a one word answer saying they can't help, but they will credit me for a future order. Why would I ever want a future order after going through hell to even get someone to speak to me. The second response was that they'll investigate this. Finally I decided to play along and agree to the credit a week and a half later. They responded with sending the shipment back to them. Strangely I had already told them I denied the delivery and have picture proof that the delivery was denied and sent back to them. They followed up with a response saying once their warehouse confirms that the order was returned they will issue the credit. Half a week after this last communication, I took picture proof that it made it to their warehouse so I again reached out to them and even offered to speak to the delivery courier service. Their delayed response was that they will reach out to the warehouse and get back to me within 24 hours. I waited another half week after this incident before I tried to reach out to them again about a week later only for them to ignore my calls and text messages. I finally decided to go to my credit card company and having them settle this. All in all, this took over a month and a half before finally disputing this with my credit card company. I can tell that they were prolonging the issue and giving me the run around as long as possible so that this was not disputable with my credit card company. So if you want to be given a headache for a hefty fee before they try and scam you, feel free to order here.
