They should be ashamed Would not recommend you buy from the company, I am still waiting on the training shoes I ordered in September 2023 I have sent email after email with no response, they were not shy taking the £80 for them. I will be taking this up with the Ombusman after the New Year, they won't be getting away with it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed an order on September 23 for a pair of new balance shoes. I did not get an update on the initial couple of days. I decided to write an email and I never got a response back or my order. Then I wrote another email and another. For a total of 4 emails. They have no phone number. I had to contact my bank to dispute the monies.

Horrible Customer Service, Received Wrong Order Refined Shoes took over a month to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was two sizes larger than what I ordered in the wrong gender. I tried to contact with five emails and no response. No correction or contact ever made.

IT’S A SCAM IT’S A SCAM. I ordered a new balanced that never been delivered. I emailed the company and received a replied from “Joshua” that said my deliver was returned due to customer address issue. I kept emailing him more than 10 times since August asking for refund or re-shipping, and no more answers. IT’S A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I called my bank and they canceled my credit card for security and sent me a new one. JOSHUA IS A CRIMINAL.
