Scam This company is a scam and should not be allowed in the UK. Ordered a pair of New Balance trainers and received cheap "new bechade" trainers from China. This is an illegal practice and a legal inspection should be carried out on this company. Stay away and do not order from them!

Not recommend at all Not recommend at all , I made order and cancelled it after I read bad reviews, is the same day, they didn’t give me refund, I have emailed many time , it’s been a month.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed an order on September 23 for a pair of new balance shoes. I did not get an update on the initial couple of days. I decided to write an email and I never got a response back or my order. Then I wrote another email and another. For a total of 4 emails. They have no phone number. I had to contact my bank to dispute the monies.

Horrible Customer Service, Received Wrong Order Refined Shoes took over a month to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was two sizes larger than what I ordered in the wrong gender. I tried to contact with five emails and no response. No correction or contact ever made.

Scam Scam. Ordered some trainers on 2nd October and have heard nothing about delivery. I have chased twice but to no avail. Stay away from this company.
