Didn't receive my order I never received my order and tried multiple times to reach out to the customer service team and no response. Very disappointing and I look to retrieve my payment

Ordering process is not that good Ordering process is not that good. No updates in two weeks after order. I have no idea when where is shift or will be shipped or when I will be receiving. Did not like payment method as well. Do not like PayPal.
