GBI ordered over a month ago still hasn’t… I ordered over a month ago still hasn’t come in and I’ve sent two emails asking where is the package and when is it supposed to come in and no reply. I’m very upset and would rather take a refund then to wait 2 more weeks for two items.

GBI wanted this for a birthday gift which… I wanted this for a birthday gift which was not scheduled to arrive till 6 days after the birthday. My account was charged and i did not receive it. It was difficult to find customer service there were no convenient tabs for contact info. The product arrived 1 week after promise date. It was a time sensitive gift. The product itself was as expected. And the recipient was happy.

CAI would’ve been more obliged to give a… I would’ve been more obliged to give a better review if they gave any sort of communication on my parcel upon purchasing it. All I got was an email asking me to review something I never even received?? Not even a tracking number. In fact I had to email support just to be able to track the parcel.

GBAllow plenty of shipping time as… Allow plenty of shipping time as product is coming from Korea. I tried to cancel order and they said it was pass the time to cancel. I ordered over 20 days ago and STILL shows in an airport in Hong Kong.

GBHorrible customer service and horrible company It has been 3 weeks going on 4 and I still haven’t received my order or even a tracking number for shipping. I’m highly upset and I either want my product or my money back
