Late delivery… Completely let down by this Company would never use them again. We ordered flowers for a surprise for a dear friends on a specific date and they did not arrive on the day or next day infact 2 days late which totally spoilt the surprise then when i got in touch i was told it was a delivery problem due to location which there was never any mention at time of ordering.I was told a member of Management would be in touch but it is now a week and i have heard nothing i requested some sort of compensation but nothing so i will never use this company again nor recommend them. 0 stars should be an option .

Absolute rubbish I have given the business since the 28th March to respond to my complaint and have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I have dead headed better flowers in my garden than were included in the floral tribute I ordered from them for a funeral. The white roses were brown as were some of the chrysanthemums, some of them were so bad I had to pull them out, petals were dropping out at the crematorium. The flowers should have been in the bin, not in an arrangement it was embarrassing.

'Margaret'responded in a weird invoice style email to say they don't count Sunday as a day. The flowers have arrived today, from amelias flowers not busy bees. Turns out a man called Mr heath fronts all these companies.

Lied about the next day delivery, when the flowers arrived the were a budget bunch and the packaging and flowers were damaged. The response I got from Margaret was the next day service was on a ticking time clock despite my receipt and the actual flowers saying delivery next day. No refund or anything just silence since money taken. Scammers!!! Be aware!!!!
