Bunch of scammers!!! Bunch of scammers!!!! If, like me, you were taken in by their adverts on Facebook etc and ordered a pack at £4.90 then actually got charged £49, if you paid by credit card, raise a dispute with your credit card. I done it, was successful, thank god!! I am loving how Fresh Tray, again, are using a copy and paste job in their replies to the odd one or two on here - "If you really think that you can buy a 10-pack for £4.90 even though a 2-pack is £8.90 then please explain that to your creditcard provider. The total price was stated on the payment page multiple times, but you didn't read that. If it says 10-pack --> £4.90 PER PACK any rational person would understand that you won't get 10 pieces for £4.90. Please take this in mind before placing such a comment. Thanks!" My response to that would be "Any rational person would know a pack is more than one!! ie a wolf and a pack of wolves!! SCAMMERS!!

Ran a very misleading advert on their… Ran a very misleading advert on their site, that made it look like you got 10 trays for £4.90. in fact it was £49.00 my partner contacted them and asked to cancel they told her it was too late and the items had been despatched, BUT we received the despatch email 3 hours after they emailed us claiming to have already sent them. Also, they have a fake Trustpilot score on their website. Update: CON ARTISTS, claimed to have delivered the trays but provided fake tracking details for Evri, steer well clear. Please make sure to report them to Shopify, as they operate on their platform.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I… I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered ! I was conned by the advertising and have got stung go £49, they told me to return once I’d received the trays, they took 2 weeks to arrive and guess what they won’t refund ! The only thing I can get out of this is at least I’m not the only one dragged in with the false advertising Let’s hope no one else does

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Take more money then you expect by deceptive adverts and wording. Ignore your attempts to cancel order. They tell you to return item once received if you do not want it , BUT, at a huge cost to you as it will be going overseas. REFUSE TO TAKE ORDER FROM THE COURIER, they will then return item at a cost to the scammers. Might take a while but hopefully will be easier to get refund from your bank.

Freshtray - scammers - steer clear Advertised 1 pack of trays for £4.95 on Facebook. No end total amount was shown. The following day I noticed I had been charged £49.00 for the item. Contacted Freshtray to cancel order & was told it had already been shipped! Contacted my bank to stop payment which they have done- I only paid for what I ordered. 1 month later 10 trays arrived!! This is after the cooling off period. Now they want me to send them back at a cost of £30 to the Netherlands or accept delivery and they have offered me 20% off so that I don’t have the hassle of returning them!! FRESHTRAY - steer clear of this company - complete scammers.
