FitMate is a great affordable option My experience with FitMate has been great so far! I enjoy hearing from my coach as she gives me good advice on making healthier choices. FitMate is great at helping you create goals and keeping you accountable to achieve them.

Support and accountability FitMate has been very helpful. My coach helps me figure on incorporating healthy habits on the right pace. We set weekly targets and he keeps me accountable while being supportive.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when… I wasn’t sure what to expect when signing up for Fitmate, but I have been super happy with the support I’ve received over that last 4 weeks of the program. My coach is supportive, reaches out often and asks me a lot of questions to help me think about my goals and what’s working well, what I’m struggling with and how I can be better supported. There’s never any shame or guilt if you miss a goal but definitely feeling strong accountability for what I’ve set out to do. So far I’m incredibly happy with this program.

My coach Sam is great My coach Sam is great! Very responsive, has great ideas for goals and roots me on when I am doing well (and gives me guidance when I’m not). The app is easy to follow and you can’t beat $75 a month when an accountability coach is normally $150-350 a month.
