My coach Sam is great My coach Sam is great! Very responsive, has great ideas for goals and roots me on when I am doing well (and gives me guidance when I’m not). The app is easy to follow and you can’t beat $75 a month when an accountability coach is normally $150-350 a month.

The interactions are positive, no shaming when you fall short. I gave this 4 stars because I wish the app would let you track your entire day of eating and activity.

I love Fitmate I love Fitmate! My coach is so encouraging and provides excellent feedback and valuable insights. I was hesitant to join but I’m so glad I did. This program breaks down goal into small doable segments so you don’t get too overwhelmed. Definitely recommend!
