Need more rendering pictures I put my modification in and received a quote back in a few days. The only thing that was a little hard for us is the plan we bought didn’t have many pictures to view. I think having renderings of a home helps visualize the home and makes it come to life. I had to use my imagination on this one and hope that we picked a good home just by looking a layout. It had a front view and a side view. We didn’t get a back porch view.i did find this plan on another site and it had rendering for the main rooms which put my worries at ease. I think it all will work out. The architect has been really responsive and easy to communicate with so very happy with my overall experience. Can’t wait to get the process going and build our forever home. I will submit pictures once’s were through with the build.

The sales gal was very helpful The sales gal was very helpful. All of my questions were answered promptly. The only bad experience was the plans not coming with electrical wiring plans. The electrical code for single family dwellings is fairly uniform throughout the country. I now have an unexpected large expense.

The website is super easy to navigate and really work through different plans to decide on what your family wants to do or your portfolio should include as a builder. The modification cost is a little high, but overall a fair price for the plans with CAD models.
