The plans themselves are vague and caused me a bunch of grief because the township wanted to see more specifics which led to asking for revisions (that take forever) and delayed the project. My brother bought house plans from another site and they were way nicer than the plans I bought.

We ordered our plans! We ordered our plans, and I opened them only to find out we needed to sign up for the "Hightail" app to receive them. I signed up for the free option. Hoping we don't have to upgrade to the "Hightail" app and pay more to access our plans. But now, we are waiting for a code from houseplans.com to access our files ...and I'm still waiting! It was easy to order the plans and send "our money," but not so much to access them! Also, we ordered the building materials list, which is said to come at a "later date." What does that mean after the additional $400.00 plus dollars we added to our plan order? I wouldn't say I like to go negative, but houseplans.com hasn't made this process easy. This situation saddens me because I've directed so many people to this site for various plans.

The lady who work with my original order, walked me through the entire process. It went flawlessly. The staff that work with me was fantastic. They took care of me from the beginning of the process and still waiting on my revisions today. And I keep getting updates. Thank you for being such a precise company.
