Highly Recommend Truoba!! Truoba was amazing to work with on our tiny house plans! The process was smooth and their communication was excellent. We made several changes to our plans, which were turned around quickly and exactly as requested. Once the final plans were delivered, we shared them with our builder, who was extremely impressed by how comprehensive they were. I can't recommend Truoba enough!

What made this experience work for us… What made this experience work for us was two things: The first is that Truoba maintained timely and open communication throughout the process but they were willing to tweak their already-awesome designs to what we wanted, even after we had finalized things, they were still willing to adjust a minor thing for us. Totally worth it!

Awesome Mini 721 The level of professionalism was beyond reproach...period, end of story. As a builder I have been buying plans off the net for over six years. Not once have I seen the level of detail displayed on the Truoba plans. Further, I wanted to make a couple changes to the plans I chose. It was as simple as following the contact instructions on their website to "Customize This Plan". Someone responded the following morning and the customizing process began immediately. Communication back and forth was easy, responsive and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Truoba to builders or just anyone looking for that perfect dream house design.

The best floor plans. Working with the Truoba architect, Ignas, was a pleasure. Prompt responses to all requests and he has done a wonderful job modifying the base plan. I ended up removing a bed room and changed the roof pitch to reduce the overall square footage and height. The best of the house plan is the perfect thoughtful flow of the rooms which I could not find elsewhere. Highly recommended.
