GB220 mini Ignas was great and most importantly he was patient with me during the whole process. Plans are a little pricey when making modifications, but worth the price due to the attention to details, patience and quick responses. Another plus is he's willing to work with me later during my build if any slight changes are needed on my plans. Great company as far as I'm concerned! If you use this company you won't be disappointed!

GBThe best floor plans. Working with the Truoba architect, Ignas, was a pleasure. Prompt responses to all requests and he has done a wonderful job modifying the base plan. I ended up removing a bed room and changed the roof pitch to reduce the overall square footage and height. The best of the house plan is the perfect thoughtful flow of the rooms which I could not find elsewhere. Highly recommended.
