GBI am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with this service. I started the medicine on 3/14 after having to call in because apparently fed ex delivered the first prescription to the wrong address. On 3/14 I received the medicine which I was very surprised not in something to keep it cold, I started the medicine immediately. The only thing I felt after taking the shot was nausea, it hasn't done anything for my appetite at all. I have talked to 5 ppl who started the shots at the same time I did and all but one has lost weight and have no appetite. The other person is going through a different online group and they increased her dose and now has lost 6 pounds in less than 10 days. I called premium health and got no help. I feel like after my credit card was billed the helpfulness ended. I can not afford to pay for something that doesn't work for me.

GBA revised review from Feb 12 This review is a new review from my experience on Feb 12, 2024. Was having issues reaching Premium Health. I wrote a review on Feb 12 saying the took my money and never responded to me. All of that changed when Ramin called to express his concern , he made sure I was satisfied . And the pharmacy once my meds were ready overnight them to me. The overall second experience was awesome Thank you to Ramin and Anazao Health pharmacy for fast delivery.

GBPayment Increase My weight loss has been steady but very slow. One thing I did not know upfront, which I think is only fair to know, is that with your first vial of the drug, you increase the dosage every four weeks, with the indication that your second vial will increase to 25 units. You are not told that to increase over 20 units, you have to pay another $100 a month. I specifically asked before I signed up if everything was included in the $275 monthly charge and was assured it was. To get 3 months into the program and then learn of the increase in cost if you want an increase in units of the drug seems like bait and switch, leaving a feeling of a company who just wants your money and "too bad if you can't cough up another $100 every month." So I continue at 20 units and very slow weight loss. Very disappointing.

GBDon’t look anywhere else!!! I have been more than pleased with Premium in assisting me with my weight loss journey. The personal touch received let you know you’re going through this Weight Loss journey with someone who is the same contact each time you call back remembering you and your situation. Where do you get that anymore? Even with a local doctor…. Medication has arrived timely Nothing hidden. Nothing unforeseen. For this personal care, I have no want to look any further than right where I am at. In good hands with Premium .

GBPremium Health is the real deal I have been with Premium Health for a month. The entire experience has been great. Whenever you start with a new provider there is a learning curve. Premium Health is quite busy, which I can appreciate. That being said, they have been very prompt in answering my questions. I find the best way to contact them is via text. They ALWAYS answer my text within an hour or less. I texted them on Easter weekend and had an answer in minutes. The physicians that I have spoken with were very kind and listened to me. They took all the time I needed to make sure that all my concerns and questions were addressed. If have been trying to loose weight all my life. I am so happy that I found Premium Health.
