GBFantastic Service We had 5 wooden sash windows replaced SJB did a fabulous job. Paul, who came to assess our windows and provide the quote was the reason we ended up going with SJB. Compared to other companies [local and national] he was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough. Jacek did a great job of fitting them and was tidy, friendly and on time every day - Even though it was snowing! The windows themselves look absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend.

GBGreat company We are very happy with the company, from the initial sale discussion, to the survey and installation of double sash windows. The team in charge of installing also plastered around the box c. 10c and painted a line on the ledgers outside - so now we only have to sand and paint inside and finish up painting outside for it to look complete.

ITVery good workmanship Very good workmanship and quality of final product. Painting and finish on all the windows was great. The number of days during the fitting did drag on somewhat -5 in total - where originally we had expected to be done in 4. Overall we were very pleased.

ESthe first installers should have solved and warned to the company and the client of the problems that occurred The first installers were not very communicative but generally correct. When they finished installing the doors I indicated that it seemed to me that there was a lot of separation between them and they did not close properly, but they did not pay much attention to me. That was when the next day I called Glen Whitaker to inform him and he very efficiently and kindly sent me an installer to correct the hinges and adjust the doors to close properly to prevent air from passing through. The problem was corrected, thank you! But after a few hours I realized that there was another problem, the lock did not close with the key... so I called the company again and another installer came back to see the problem. The installer could not solve the problem and a new lock had to be ordered...Finally, after a few days, another installer came with a new lock and the problem was finally solved. In my point of view, the first installers should have solved and warned to the company and the client of the problems that occurred and not making the client responsible for making all the calls, informing the company of each problem every time.
