All staff we dealt (sales person, surveyor, admin and installers) with were friendly and professional. Communication was excellent throughout and the work was carried out on the agreed dates and to a high standard. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Great company We are very happy with the company, from the initial sale discussion, to the survey and installation of double sash windows. The team in charge of installing also plastered around the box c. 10c and painted a line on the ledgers outside - so now we only have to sand and paint inside and finish up painting outside for it to look complete.

Their quote was comparable with two other firms and they're easy to deal with. Acoustic glass and double glazing have made our room quieter and warmer.

A thoroughly professional firm A thoroughly professional firm selling a high end product. Not the cheapest on the market but you certainly get what you pay for. The quote system was extremely thorough so you know exactly what you are getting. The front sashes were of a decorative tombstone design and the replacements are an exact replica of the originals despite being double glazed. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard with any mess cleared up. A quality control visit was made before they were signed off as finished.

Started off very well but went a bit downhill..... The initial consultation and survey visits were great, very helpful and informative. Communication with the office was also good. But sadly we had a less happy experience with the fitting team. The job over-ran, which was not the end of the world, but I felt the attention to detail on the finish was disappointing. The issues were ultimately resolved, but only after I asked the surveyor to come out and look at the issues himself - he acknowledged that there were a number of things which needed to be rectified. The windows themselves are fine, and I can see that most people have had a happy experience, but I was left feeling a bit a bit flat.
