GBI really like the product I really like the product, was a little disappointed when I ordered 4 glasses with decanter for a retirement party & only recieved 2. They sent out what was missing, but unfortunately the turnaround time was too long & I did not have all 4 glasses for the occasion, other than that it was a really nice gift to give.

GBCustomer service is a joke with this… Customer service is a joke with this company. Like so many others the item i waited months for came broken. After send the pictures and everything else required I’m still waiting 6 MONTHS LATER!!! This was a complete waste of time and money.
