We learned afew things along the process that the big companies would never share with hoke owners , energy efficient profile and very sturdy , looks great and a recommendable company in my eyes. used this company for new windows and doors used this company for 6 new build homes in the buckinghamshire side of greater london, we had a very different type of design and very bespoke to the italian designer and developers. We had our doubts that units would not end up as required but was proved very wrong after there team delivered a great quality design for the aluminium tilt n turns with triangular shape frames. we have booked them in for the next full apartment block on aluminium doors and windows and a small mix of upvc

Dirty Glazing Poor Communication Really bad experience with this company, paid over £8000 for patio doors and windows. The installation was rushed and had to redone due to leaking rooflights and crumbling mortar. Most of the glazing units have marks on the glass and although the company agreed to change these..... the replacement units then arrived with streaks and marks on the inside of the unit and were taken away four weeks ago. Since then they have not returned! Very poor communication and bad experience causing a lot of stress. Every time the sun shines all you can see are marks across the new windows and doors :( We are now considering paying a local glaziers to provide new glazing as we cant contact this company. AVOID

Doorwins referred me to VERGLASUNG LTD Doorwins referred me to VERGLASUNG LTD, They straight up lied to me from day one, the windows arrived 3 months late, and some of them were single not double glazed (he refused to change them). His fitters ruined my new carpets which I had to pay to get cleaned. He is not FENZA certified, which he lied to me about, and I took multiple days off work when he told me they would fit the windows but they never turned up. These guys are cowboy middle men who order windows from a supplier and don't make them like they tell you they do. I had to pay £4000 to another tradesman to get the windows pointed and all the architraves sorted, and even painted, yes they fitted unpainted windows and told me that's how they come and I'd have to pay extra to have the timber ones painted. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. I'm currently talking to FENZA about the company that issued the certificate which I'd never heard of and I'm taking legal action.

Poor and unreliability I have ordered and paid for 3 windows and 1 French door. Following a long delay and several delivery dates that never occurred, the company promised the date of delivery and installation. The windows and French have never been installed. The company set a date, believing the installation will be done, it did not happen at all. I have therefore requested a full refund due to the poor service and unreliability of this company.
