However, we have never experienced a refund or resupply issue, nor have we worried about quality or final delivery.

Poor and unreliability I have ordered and paid for 3 windows and 1 French door. Following a long delay and several delivery dates that never occurred, the company promised the date of delivery and installation. The windows and French have never been installed. The company set a date, believing the installation will be done, it did not happen at all. I have therefore requested a full refund due to the poor service and unreliability of this company.
