Did have to make a modification Shopping at MyKnobs.com was a good experience. I appreciated finding a style that closely matched the ones on my cabinet. It was easy to order and the products came quickly. The only problem (which I didn't know until I removed the old knobs) is that the ones I bought are different than the original ones. The original ones had a part that inserted into the cabinet and which the screws screwed into. Both old and new screws were too short to reach the bought ones, so I had to purchase longer ones at the hardware store. They're working okay now.

Terrible service I got a return auth for a partial order, then decided to return everything. I called and was told she would update the request. Now I have received the partial refund and they are not responding at all to my chat requests or emails. If you return, you have to pay the shipping AND they charge a 25% re-stocking fee! They are dreadful!! I strongly recommend you buy elsewhere. The product is fine, and I should have ordered from Amazon who is easy to deal with and a legit business!! DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKNOBS!!!
