Poor Customer Service Experience This company stinks. I ordered a knob set and when they arrived I realized it was the wrong lock mechanism and returned it for a refund. I barely took it out of the packaging, repackaged it they exact way they shipped it to me, then they denied my return saying I damaged it. They sent me photos of extremely small marks to the brass which could have been caused by anything (shipping, improper handling at the warehouse, etc.) but put the blame on me. I wanted to exchange for another model and they refused, didn't even offer to speak with me about it, and shipped me back the item with no refund. The quality of their items is great but they have horrible customer service and will blame YOU if something like this happens. I'm working on a larger remodel and planned to order from them but they have lost by business. Good day.

Did have to make a modification Shopping at MyKnobs.com was a good experience. I appreciated finding a style that closely matched the ones on my cabinet. It was easy to order and the products came quickly. The only problem (which I didn't know until I removed the old knobs) is that the ones I bought are different than the original ones. The original ones had a part that inserted into the cabinet and which the screws screwed into. Both old and new screws were too short to reach the bought ones, so I had to purchase longer ones at the hardware store. They're working okay now.

Ridiculous return/exchange policy Ordered 46 large and 26 matching small handles from this company. Because of cabinet delays, we could not install them until nearly 3 months after receipt. Found out that because of door designs, we really needed 17 large, 63 small, and 2 extra large handles. Called the company to work out an exchange in factory sealed packages and they refused because it was over 30 days. Their site shows thousands of the handles in stock ready to ship. This cannot be an unusual situation. But to refuse to accept back factory sealed product in exchange for current merchandise seems like sticking your head in the sand. Extremely poor customer service compared to any other vendor I have dealt with.

No Return Policy I purchased one cabinet hinge from Myknobs along with one cabinet hinge from four other companies in order determine the best match with my new gold knobs. When matching hardware, this is a common thing consumers do. Their hinge did not match the best along with three other hinges. I had no problem returning any of the other hinges. However even though my purchase was within the 30 day window , Myknobs refused to allow me to return the product because I installed the hinge to view it with the cabinet knob. Again this is something I did with all the other hinges and typical for consumers to do when they purchase a sample. I will never purchase from this company again and do not recommend them due to their poor understanding of customer needs and poor customer service.
