I place an order I place an order, only part of it was delivered. You need to find the locksets and key and have them overnighted to my project. I have submitted several emails with no response.

A good vendor. North Shore website was easy to use and helpful. I found what I wanted and the description was accurate and comprehensive. The price seemed reasonable and shipping was free and quick. Overall a positive experience. Only one complaint: the instructions for programming the remote garage door opener were poorly written and confusing. It took me quite a number of tries before I got it to work. Once that was done, though, it seems to be an excellent product.

No customer service Ordered 2 Pantheon Mini door controllers and immediately after installation one faults out every 10 minutes. i have to reset to get the door to operate . I moved the controller to the other door and it does the same thing. The 2nd unit works fine on either door . Messaged North Shore and got back a condescending one line response that read "I would contact the company." I did contact the company that I purchased it from but will never use North Shore again.
