GBSupport was responsive when I called Support was responsive when I called. I messed up the package and left them with no way to identify me. They gave me credit before finding my package and they still sent my results. In general, it seems to take a couple weeks to get a result which is a little disappointing but I will use them again because their price is the best I have found.

GBUnreachable. Never got my results. I was emailed the instructions and was told my results would be emailed in 2-5 business days. it has been 15 business days since they have received my samples. i have been calling and emailing for a week to check on my samples/get a refund. no response. i have yet to speak to a representative of this company. this has so far been the worst experience i've ever had with any company.

GBLack of communication is last straw Lack of communication is last straw. I understand sometimes companies experience employee shortages, bad batches or product issues. They have had my tests since June 23rd. Apparently a bad batch of enzymes postponed results. I stopped receiving any emails 3 weeks later. I have left voice-mail, emails etc with no response. I have more tests I have pre-purchased that I will not be using. Read reviews, this is not the first time. I do not recommend their services.
